Netflix’s newest comedy-drama ‘Sex Education’ gets renewed for a third season.
The hilariously engaging high-school drama ‘Sex Education’ will be coming back with a third season. The show expertly weaves teenage problems with lighthearted comedy and has garnered about 40 million viewers.
‘Sex Education’ follows an overly-introvert high-school student Otis as he rather reluctantly assumes the role of a self-proclaimed sex therapist for the students at school. While he imparts his knowledge to the troubled folks, he realizes that he might need some therapy of his own.
What will happen in season 3?
In the second season of the show, we witness Otis resuming his underground sex clinic with the help of his crush Maeve. While Maeve is also shown dealing with some problems of her own, one thing is clear that she has feelings for Otis. The rest of the characters also get in touch with their true self but things don’t bod well for Maeve and Otis after a new character Isaac starts showing interest in Maeve. Season 3 is expected to build on the love triangle between these three characters while tackling the new-found courage of their friends.

About this show:
Set in the fictional English town of Moordale and shot entirely in Wales (United Kindgom), Sex Education is a contemporary British love-letter to the classic American high-school story. The series stars Asa Butterfieldas Otis Milburn, the only child of two sex therapists, and award-winning actress Gillian Anderson ("The X-Files," "American Gods," "The Spy Who Dumped Me") as Jean Milburn, his mother, a larger-than-life sex therapist with no filter. Otis Milburn is an inexperienced, socially awkward high school student who lives with his mother, a sex therapist. Surrounded by manuals, videos and tediously open conversations about sex, Otis is a reluctant expert on the subject. When his home life is revealed at school, Otis realizes that he can use his specialist knowledge to gain status. He teams up with Maeve, a whip-smart bad-girl, and together they set up an underground sex therapy clinic to deal with their fellow students' weird and wonderful problems.
