Food Network has greenlighted season 2 for Amy Schumer learns how to cook. The networked confirmed on June 3th that they ordered additional episodes. Emmy Award-winning comedian & actress Amy Schumer, along with her husband James Beard and Award-winning chef Chris Fischer will return for season 2.
Amy ironically stated “We are happy to be coming back for a second season because sequels are always the best! ”

What to expect with Season 2 of Amy Schumer Learns to Cook
The episodes will again be self-shot and feature Chris and Amy to share a behind-the-scenes look at their lives at home. The new season will share more about their life at home with the new baby (now toddler!).
Season 2 and more might also be influenced by her political views. Amy has been very vocal about her political preferences and the new election is coming up this fall (New episodes will start airing this summer but will likely continue to the end of year). The press release announcing the new season mentioned that Amy and the Food Network had donated to the Colin Kaepernick’s Know Your Rights Camp association whose mission is to advance well-being of Black and Brown communities.
